shipping & returns
Shipping for orders up to $500 to New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada and Europe are free! It is important to choose the correct currency for the country you live; otherwise we have to add extra shipping costs to your order. For orders over $500 we will email you the shipping costs.
- We ship with NZ Post (uninsured) within New Zealand and with NZ (tracked) International Economy to Australia, USA, Canada or Europe.
- If you want a specific kind of shipping (for example tracked within NZ or International Air) please simply inform us during your order process.
- International orders can take 10 – 30 days for delivery depending on your location.
- We are not responsible for any Customs Fees imposed on orders received from New Zealand.
- Your order will be composed within 24 hours of payment being received.
- We ship orders out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
- Returns will be accepted
only if we have sent you a wrong item or an item is damaged.
- Please
contact us within 3 working days about the error.
- Patterns, PDF-Patterns and Embroidery Designs can not be returned due to copyright issues; personalized items can not be returned at all.
